I'm Ollie, a certified personal trainer with nearly 5 years of industry experience and a strong passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness objectives while enhancing overall well-being. My primary focus is on sustainable and time-efficient approaches to fitness, promoting long-term health instead of quick fixes or extreme measures.

 

My fitness journey began at the age of 16 when I transformed from an extremely skinny individual with no background in sports/fitness to a more confident and stronger version of myself. This personal transformation changed my outlook on life, driving me to help others experience similar positive changes.

 

With expertise in mobility, flexibility, and strength, I believe in the importance of building a strong foundation for your body, as the saying goes, "You can't build a great building on a weak foundation."

Flexibility and stretching are subjects close to my heart, often overlooked in the fitness industry. I bring a unique approach grounded in specific self-assessment tests and tailored correctional plans, ensuring a personalised and effective strategy. Addressing these aspects properly is crucial for fundamental movement, learning new movements, injury prevention, injury repair, performance enhancement, and reducing inflammation throughout the body.
