I’m now running a free 13-zone movement assessment, an easy check-up that works like an MOT for your body. You’ll leave knowing what’s holding you back and exactly what to focus on next.

FACE-TO-FACE
We’ll train together with clear progression and proper technique.
You will receive all parts of my service, with the Hybrid model integrated for when you continue training by yourself.

Your body adapts to how it moves. A coach’s eye catches the small compensations you won’t feel — so you lift better, progress faster, and reduce the risk of setbacks.​

HYBRID TRAINING
Again, every part of my service is included (apart from weekly 1:1 time).
You’ll see me once every 4–5 weeks for regular check-ins where we’ll re-test your basic movement assessments to see how well your programme is working (or not working), talk through the parts you’re struggling with and make changes, run through technique for movements you find difficult, and review your goal checklists.

ONLINE COACHING
This will include a 1-hour consultation so I can get the programme right for you. I don’t sell generic fat-loss plans or cookie-cutter programmes you can just buy. That 1-hour consult will include basic questions and a simple stripped-back movement assessment that you can either film yourself doing, complete with me, or do on a video call.
This is all to ensure we create the most appropriate plan for you.
